eBay private label: launching a branded range
A small brand put $7,000 into its own private label range and needed eBay to turn that stock into steady, profitable sales.
- $7,000
- Client budget6 months
- $6,400
- Monthly salesfrom $1,100
- $27
- Average order valuefrom $19
- 62%
- Sell-through ratefrom 30%
The challenge
Most of the $7,000 budget was already tied up in stock. Listings used stock photos and thin titles, there was no eBay Store branding, and buyers rarely bought more than one item, so stock was moving too slowly to fund the next order.
What we did
- Branded eBay Store with custom banner and categories
- Listings rebuilt with keyword research, item specifics and clear benefits
- New listing images and infographics designed in-house
- Bundles and multi-buy offers to lift average order value
- Promoted Listings focused on the five best sellers
- Monthly stock review so reorders matched real demand
The result
Monthly sales rose from $1,100 to $6,400 and average order value climbed by $8. Sell-through doubled, so the brand could reorder from sales instead of new capital.
