Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every service and course provided by Builtecs (“we”, “us”). By booking a service, enrolling on a course or using builtecs.com, you agree to them.

1. Scope of work

Every project starts with a written scope listing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

2. Payments

Project work is usually billed as an upfront deposit with the balance due on delivery, as stated in your scope. Monthly management services are billed in advance each month. Course fees are paid before the course starts.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and the content we need. Delays in providing these may move delivery dates. You are responsible for the products you sell, their legality, and your compliance with each marketplace’s policies.

4. Marketplace accounts

eBay, Amazon and TikTok Shop set their own rules and can change them or restrict accounts at their discretion. We follow platform policies and work to protect your account, but we cannot guarantee any marketplace decision, ranking or sales result.

5. Results

Marketing, advertising and marketplace results depend on many factors outside our control, including product, pricing, competition and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or returns.

6. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including designs, website content and listings. Domains, hosting and marketplace accounts are registered in your name. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Course content

Course materials, recordings and resources are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or recorded without our written permission.

8. Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
