eBay wholesale: scaling a branded stock catalogue
A wholesale seller with $6,000 of branded stock had only a fraction of it listed, and late dispatches were hurting the account.
- $6,000
- Client budget6 months
- 410
- Orders per monthfrom 90
- 850
- Active listingsfrom 120
- 0.7%
- Late shipment ratefrom 4.2%
The challenge
The seller had supplier accounts and around $6,000 of stock, but only 120 products were live. Prices were set once and never reviewed, so other sellers of the same brands often undercut them, and a slow dispatch process had pushed late shipments above 4%.
What we did
- Full catalogue bulk-listed with variations and accurate item specifics
- Competitive repricing reviewed weekly against other sellers
- Inventory sync so stock levels always matched the warehouse
- Dispatch routine rebuilt with daily cut-off times
- Tracking uploaded the same day for every order
- Slow movers bundled or cleared to free up cash
The result
Orders grew from 90 to 410 a month as live listings went from 120 to 850. Late shipments dropped to 0.7%, bringing the account back into good standing.
